Franciacorta Brut DOCG “61 Rosè”

Berlucchi 61 Rosè ideal for the favorite aperitif of those who ask for appetizing sensations at the aperitif.

At the sight, the foam is soft, soft, with good persistence of a faint crown; subtle and continuous perlage. The color is intense pink, which can vary slightly with each harvest due to the different degree of phenolic maturation of the Pinot Noir.

On the nose this Franciacorta offers elegant notes of berries and ripe fruit, well blended with delicate aromas of yeasts and bread crust. Pleasant vinosity, due to the short maceration of the Pinot Noir on the skins during the vinification phase. On the palate it is fine, elegant, lively and full-bodied; the medium-high dosage of sugars balances the marked acidity.

The maturation is characterized by preparation of the cuvée in the spring following the harvest. Second fermentation in the bottle and subsequent refinement in contact with its own yeasts for at least 24 months, followed by another 2 months after disgorgement.

COLOR

It is balanced and excellently supported by textbook acidity and excellent freshness.

TASTE

Powerful and austere, freshness and tannins are in perfect balance, it closes with a very long finish that recalls fruity and spicy aromas.

PERFUME

Large and complex olfactory bouquet, rich in ripe fruit, floral scents, sweet spices, musk and liquorice.
