Il Cartizze Dry ‘Luxury Collection’ è tra gli spumanti di punta della cantina Mionetto, rappresentando un’espressione cremosa e fragrante dell’area di Cartizze. Questo territorio, considerato l’eccellenza del Prosecco, deve la sua fama alle condizioni peculiari dovute al microclima e al suolo, elementi che permettono di coltivare uve Glera di straordinaria qualità. Cartizze rappresenta una sottozona collinare dell’area di Valdobbiadene, composta da appena 108 ettari complessivi, da cui si ottiene il prestigioso Prosecco Superiore di Cartizze DOCG. Tra i fattori che contribuiscono alle peculiarità della zona figurano l’ottima ventilazione, l’eccellente esposizione a sud delle vigne, la ricchezza in elementi minerali dei terreni e le notevoli escursioni termiche tra il giorno e la notte.

Il ‘Luxury Collection’ Mionetto Cartizze Dry è un 100% Glera da viti coltivate nella zona di Cartizze. Dopo la vendemmia le uve vengono trasferite in cantina per l’accurata vinificazione in bianco, basata sulla pressatura soffice e conseguente fermentazione alcolica del mosto in vasche di acciaio inox. Una volta pronta, la base spumante viene convogliata in autoclave per la seconda fermentazione in bottiglia secondo il Metodo Martinotti, altrimenti noto come Metodo Charmat. Segue una sosta di alcuni mesi sui lieviti e in bottiglia prima della definitiva commercializzazione, effettuata con un residuo zuccherino compreso tra i 20 e i 26 g/l, nella categoria Dry dunque.

Il Cartizze Mionetto ‘Luxury Collection’ Dry ha un colore giallo paglierino dai riflessi dorati con bollicina persistente e molto fine. Profumi fruttati di mela e pera mature investono l’olfatto assieme a pregevoli cenni di pasticceria che ricordano l’arancia candita e la mandorla caramellata. Al palato il tenore zuccherino dona un carattere abboccato, ben supportato dalla spiccata freschezza in una progressione armonica e cremosa.

Giallo paglierino con riflessi dorati, perlage molto fine.

TASTE

Molto fresco e abboccato, lievemente zuccherino e armonico.

PERFUME

Sentori fruttati di mela e pera mature, cenni di pasticceria che ricordano canditi d'arancia e mandorle caramellate.
