Prodotto con uve Aglianico 100% provenienti da vitigni situati nel comune di Montemarano (AV) ad un\u2019altitudine di 500\/550 metri s.l.m., e caratterizzati da una tipologia del terreno argilloso-calcareo. Si tratta di un vigneto con 18\/22 anni di et\u00e0, coltivato con una densit\u00e0 di 2500\/3000 ceppi per ettaro e una produzione di 70 quintali per ettaro.<\/h5>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b5822ec elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"b5822ec\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h5 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Le uve vengono raccolte a mano in cassetta a inizio\/met\u00e0 novembre e trasportate in cantina per la lavorazione. La fermentazione avviene a temperatura controllata in botti di acciaio. La maturazione avviene per circa 48 mesi in barriques e botti grandi di rovere. Si consiglia di stappare la bottiglia almeno un\u2019ora prima della degustazione e di servirlo ad una temperatura di 18\u00b0\/20\u00b0
