Zenato's Valpolicella Classico Superiore represents a distinctive and flavorful interpretation of this popular appellation from the province of Verona. This extensive Veneto winery, founded in 1960 by Sergio Zenato, now boasts nearly 100 hectares of vineyards spread between the Tenuta Santa Cristina estate in Peschiera and the Tenuta Costalunga estate in Valpolicella, from which the Zenato family produces a large production of exceptionally high quality.<\/h5>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Zenato Valpolicella Classico Superiore is a blend of Corvina Veronese (85%), Rondinella (10%), and Corvinone (5%), varietals grown on the Valpolicella hills with southeast and southwest exposure, between 250 and 300 meters above sea level. The soils, predominantly from the Cretaceous geological period, are characterized by abundant limestone and gravel. Following manual harvesting, the grapes are destemmed and pressed, followed by alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks, followed by 7-10 days of maceration on the skins. Once fermentation is complete, the wine is transferred to Slavonian oak barrels for approximately a year of maturation before bottling.<\/h5>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
