Ca' del Bosco's Franciacorta Cuv\u00e9e Prestige 45 is a reference sparkling wine in the world of bubbles. A name and a certainty: Ca' del Bosco, among the most important wineries in Italy, which tells its entire story with this Cuv\u00e9e Prestige in the 44th edition. It all started with Maurizio Zanella, a boy with a strong passion for wine who moved with his family to Erbusco and decided to cultivate his first vineyard. Maurizio would never have imagined that that simple vineyard was the first brick of a reality that would become a model and example in the Italian sparkling wine world. The turning point came a few years later when Maurizio undertook a trip to the Champagne region and, fascinated by the great bubbles, decided to dedicate his life to the creation of a sparkling wine that brought back all the French traits. This is how Prestige Cuv\u00e8e was born, that long hoped for and cultivated dream comes true in liquid form! It is a Ca' del Bosco style pearl, a traditional bubble, born from over 30 years of experience, which perfectly embodies the soul and essence of the Franciacortina land. An edition that pays homage to the history of this historic winery and which contains all the essence of the different terroirs of Franciacorta.<\/h5>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The Franciacorta Cuv\u00e8e Prestige "Edizione 45" is made from the best Chardonnay grapes, with a small percentage of Pinot Noir and Pinot Blanc, which come from 197 different vineyards, of which 162 are for Chardonnay alone. The vines have an average age between 19 and 29 years and are rooted in clay and limestone soil. They are vinified separately in temperature-controlled steel tanks for 8 months and then combined with reserves from the best vintages in order to find the perfect recipe for the best Cuv\u00e9e. The refermentation takes place in the bottle according to the principles of the Classic Method and the aging on the yeasts lasts approximately 25 months, giving it a unique and rich personality. It is a full-fledged Extra-Brut dosed with approximately 1.0 grams\/liter of sugar.<\/h5>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Ca' del Bosco Franciacorta 45 presents itself to the eye with a prestigious bright straw yellow coat, crossed by fine and persistent bubbles. On the nose it delicately and progressively releases shy and fragrant hints of citrus, apple, white peach and exotic fruit, enriched with memories of pastry, echoes of dried fruit and mineral trails. The taste, lively and lively, encourages drinking by virtue of its irresistible freshness, vibrant and well-measured. The drink is therefore slim and inviting and extends to a pleasant fruity finish.
