\u201cWhispering Angel\u201d is a legendary Ros\u00e9, an essential point of reference for anyone who wants to try their hand at producing this difficult type of wine, increasingly appreciated worldwide. The Proven\u00e7al tradition and style have now set a trend throughout the world, with pale-colored wines with a refined and light profile, almost whites embellished with the typical aromas of red grapes. At the end of the harvest, slightly early to preserve the right freshness, a very soft pressing is carried out with very brief contact with the skins.
