The Yellow Label, also known in France as Carte Jaune, is the most famous and representative label of the historic and prestigious Champagne house Veuve Clicquot, founded way back in 1772 and inextricably linked to the personality of Grande Dame Clicquot Ponsardin, inventor at the beginning of the 19th century of the pupitre, of the vintage vintage and of the assemblage ros\u00e9. This label was produced for the first time in 1877 and, from that moment, the yellow color, classified as pantone 137 C, became a distinctive brand and a great symbol of Champagne.<\/h5>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The Brut \u201cYellow Label\u201d perfectly embodies the style of the maison characterized by elegance, energy and liveliness, linked to the predominance of Pinot Noir in the composition of the cuv\u00e9e, the use of high percentages of reserve wines, the vinification in steel with the malolactic fermentation and refinement for at least 30 months on bottled yeasts in the vast cellars dug into the chalk near Reims. All this allows him to perfectly embody the ideal of Champagne and is the reason why he is known and appreciated throughout the world and has become very popular in Italy.<\/h5>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Veuve Cliquot's \u201cYellow Label\u201d Champagne has a personality that allows it to be appreciated by the general public but manages to retain some distinctive characteristics that make even the most expert enthusiasts and tasters fall in love with it.
