Il Mar Isa Bianco Campania IGP Marisa Cuomo nasce da uve di Cuvee Bianco provenienti da vitigni disposti a Pergola e/o raggiera atipica; su Terrazzamenti costieri a 200/550 mt/slm. La raccolta è fatta a mano nella prima decade di ottobre.
Le uve surmature, son o raccolte manualmente e giungono in cantina integre. Dopo pressatura soffice il mosto fiore, previo impallidimento statico a freddo e inoculo di lieviti selezionati. Questo vino fermenta alla temperatura di 12°C per circa tre mesi in barriques di rovere.
