Esprime grande versatilità e grande eleganza allo stesso tempo, proponendo un sorso interpretato in una veste insolita, che vede il principe dei vitigni a bacca nera del meridione (l’aglianico) lavorato con una vinificazione in bianco: tutto questo è il “neroametà”, Bianco di Campania prodotto dalla cantina “Mastroberardino” per l’appunto con uve di aglianico in purezza.
È un Bianco sorprendentemente eclettico negli accostamenti a tavola, capace di offrire una bevuta tanto insolita quanto gradevole.
