Il Pinot Nero “Ludwig” è un rosso che fa dell’eleganza il proprio elemento distintivo. Si tratta infatti di una bottiglia in cui ogni componente, i tannini sottili, i leggeri sentori speziati, l’armoniosa mineralità, è assemblata perfettamente, consentendoci di assaporare un vino morbido e garbato, di indubbio valore. Merito della cantina di Elena Walch, realtà tra le più interessanti di tutto l’Alto Adige, i cui prodotti sono sempre sinonimo di qualità e affidabilità. Se avete amici appassionati di Pinot Nero, con questa bottiglia farete loro un regalo più che gradito.
Questo Pinot Nero “Ludwig” nasce dalle omonime uve coltivate dalla cantina di Elena Walch all’interno di due parcelle particolarmente vocate, situate a un’altezza di 400 e 580 metri sul livello del mare, esposte verso ovest ed est. Le viti vengono allevate con estrema cura, e, al momento della vendemmia, solo gli acini migliori vengono selezionati, per garantire il meglio del terroir d’origine. Le uve, una volte giunte nei locali adibiti alla vinificazione, fermentano alcoolicamente sia in botte che in acciaio, svolgendo la malolattica in legno. Poi si procede con l’affinamento, che si protrae per 17 mesi in barrique, al termine dei quali il vino è pronto per essere imbottigliato e commercializzato.
Il “Ludwig” Pinot Nero si annuncia nel bicchiere con un colore rosso rubino, tipicamente scarico e trasparente. Il bouquet di profumi che avvolge il naso presenta sensazioni eteree, balsamiche, in cui si riscontrano anche note fruttate e speziate. All’assaggio è di medio corpo, equilibrato, con un sorso contraddistinto da un gusto sapido e fresco, che si muove su una progressione ordinata e mai troppo arrembante. Una bottiglia con cui la cantina Elena Walch ci regala una delle espressioni più belle che il Pinot Nero raggiunge in Alto Adige, come confermato anche dagli ottimi punteggi ottenuti, annata dopo annata, a livello nazionale e internazionale.
