The Riserva comes from the finest plots of the Montemarano vineyard (550 m above sea level), selected from vines over twenty years old, and only in the finest vintages. Harvest takes place in mid-November, after an extremely long growing season that begins in early spring.
Precisely for this reason, the wine never feels overpowering, while retaining the powerful and finely nuanced aromas typical of Aglianico, supported by an intriguing interplay of sweetness and acidity. The tannins are finely interwoven. An elegant monument to the greatness of Aglianico!

Salvatore Molettieri is the Giant of Montemarano Aglianico. Taurasi Vigna Cinque Querce DOCG Salvatore Molettieri, has a dark and intense ruby red color. intense and complex on the nose, with spicy hints of pepper and nutmeg and elegant balsamic nuances, which blend with sensations of ripe plum, liquorice and coffee.
