It is left to refine in natural volcanic tuff caves, in French oak barrels for 12 months.

Vetere di San Salvatore is a rosé wine obtained from 100% Aglianico grapes, coming from the municipality of Paestum, in Cilento. It refines for 6 months in steel tanks and presents itself with a claret pink colour, expressing delicate aromas of fresh fruit and brackish notes of iodine and sea.
