Il Pinot Nero di Elena Walch nasce nel cuore di Termeno sulla Strada del Vino, un paesino dell'Alto Adige.
Prodotto con uve Pinot Nero in purezza, questo vino viene lasciato a contatto con le bucce per un periodo di 10 giorni e subisce un lento processo di fermentazione a temperatura controllata, a cui segue la fermentazione malolattica. Successivamente, il vino viene affinato in parte in botti di rovere e in parte in acciaio.
