Furore Rosso di Marisa Cuomo è una leggenda dei rossi campani, un vero e proprio porta bandiera dei vini della regione.
Famoso in tutto il mondo, anche fuori dall’italia come uno dei vini campani più apprezzati.

Furore Rosso di Marisa Cuomo viene prodotto a partire da uve Pere Palummo e Aglianico, coltivate in terrazzamenti costieri a 200/550 mt/slm esposti a sud, naturalmente nel comune di Furore.
Raccolta durante la prima metà di ottobre.
Le uve vengono raccolte manualmente in cassette basse, sottoposte a diraspatura e a pigiatura. Segue la fermentazione alcolica con macerazione sulle bucce della durata di circa 12 giorni. La fermentazione malo lattica viene eseguita in barrique di secondo passaggio di rovere francese, dove il vino sosta per altri 6 mesi.
Al termine della vinificazione il vino permane altri 3/4 mesi in bottiglia.
