“Ebbio” Fontanafredda
Il Langhe Nebbiolo DOC “Ebbio” di Fontanafredda è ottenuto da uve coltivate su suoli ricchi di calcare e marne delle colline delle Langhe e del Roero.
Ottenuto con fermentazione tradizionale effettuata in tini di acciaio inox a cappello galleggiante, con una durata media di 10-12 giorni a temperatura controllata. Segue affinamento in grandi botti di rovere per almeno 4 mesi e successivamente in bottiglia per un periodo di almeno 1-2 mesi.
