The Riserva comes from the finest plots of the Montemarano vineyard (550 m above sea level), selected from vines over twenty years old, and only in the finest vintages. Harvest takes place in mid-November, after an extremely long growing season that begins in early spring.
Precisely for this reason, the wine never feels overpowering, while retaining the powerful and finely nuanced aromas typical of Aglianico, supported by an intriguing interplay of sweetness and acidity. The tannins are finely interwoven. An elegant monument to the greatness of Aglianico!

Taurasi Vigna Cinque Querce DOCG Salvatore Molettieri has a dark, intense ruby red color. The nose is intense and complex, with spicy hints of pepper and nutmeg and elegant balsamic nuances, which blend with sensations of ripe plum, licorice, and coffee.
On the palate, it's warm, bold, and opulent, yet extremely fresh and savory, with a dense tannic texture. The finish leaves a lingering aftertaste of ripe fruit and roasted notes.
