Omaggio a Gillo Dorfles di San Salvatore 1988 è un vino rosso ottenuto da uve Aglianico in purezza, particolarmente corposo e vellutato grazie al lungo affinamento in barriques.
Rappresenta la punta di diamante della cantina, una bottiglia che descrive appieno la filosofia del produttore e delinea le grandi potenzialità del territorio e del vitigno. Una vera eccellenza del Cilento.
Un vino che nasce dalla lunga amicizia condivisa di Peppino Pagano e Gillo Dorfles, grande protagonista della cultura italiana, venuto a mancare nel 2018.
Barbera del Monferrato Frizzante DOC “La Monella” 2022 – Braida di Giacomo Bologna
“La Monella” è un vino rosso frizzante del Monferrato, prodotto a partire da uve Barbera. Affina 4 mesi in acciaio mantenendo così i sapori primari dell’uva: fragola, ciliegia, lampone e piccoli accenni di viola e pepe nero.
Al palato ritorna la frutta che gli conferisce vivacità, leggerezza, allegria e gradevolissima freschezza.

“La Monella” è un vino rosso frizzante del Monferrato, prodotto a partire da uve Barbera. Affina 4 mesi in acciaio mantenendo così i sapori primari dell’uva: fragola, ciliegia, lampone e piccoli accenni di viola e pepe nero.

Segue un affinamento di 12 mesi in barriques nuove di rovere francese. Ha un colore rosso intenso, odori di frutti di bosco, mora, pepe nero e verde.
Al gusto è denso con tannini fusi ed un finale persistente di spezie e mandorle tostate.
Il MAIATICO si distingue per la struttura, per la sensazione di potenza che trasmette al momento della degustazione e per il ritorno aromatico che si conferisce un inconfondibile bouquet.
Maiatico DOC 2018 – Moio

Nel calice ha un colore rosso rubino intenso. I profumi che attraversano il naso dopo l’apertura richiamano la frutta matura, con note di spezie e profumi legnosi, derivanti dall’affinamento, che si fanno largo dopo qualche minuto.
All’assaggio è rotondo, con un tannino ben levigato e con una spalla acida che si avverte al sorso.

E’ molto piacevole ed elegante, questo Salento Negroamaro IGP “F” 2013 della cantina di San Marzano, che affina in barrique di rovere per 12 mesi, passaggio che esalta eccezionalmente il vitigno, senza snaturarlo.
Ne esce un vino trasversale, elegante e corposo, che può accompagnare a tutto pasto, dalle paste al ragù, sino alle carni strutturate.
Salento Negroamaro IGP “F” 2020 – San Marzano
E’ molto piacevole ed elegante, questo Salento Negroamaro IGP “F” 2013 della cantina di San Marzano, che affina in barrique di rovere per 12 mesi, passaggio che esalta eccezionalmente il vitigno, senza snaturarlo.
Ne esce un vino trasversale, elegante e corposo, che può accompagnare a tutto pasto, dalle paste al ragù, sino alle carni strutturate.
Taurasi “Naturalis Historia” 2009 – Mastroberardino
Taurasi “Naturalis Historia” is a Campanian red wine produced by Mastroberardino, made from Aglianico grapes from a 40-year-old vineyard. It's an incredibly powerful and expressive wine that ages for 24 months in barrique and 30 months in bottle.
It expresses a complex bouquet of undergrowth, cinchona, licorice, tobacco and spices, while the sip is rich and structured with harmonious tannins and a long persistence.
Taurasi DOCG "Vigna Cinque Querce" 2011 - Salvatore Molettieri
Taurasi Vigna Cinque Querce DOCG Salvatore Molettieri has a deep, intense ruby red color. On the nose, it is intense and complex, with spicy notes of pepper and nutmeg and elegant balsamic nuances, blending with notes of ripe plum, licorice, and coffee.
On the palate, it's warm, bold, and opulent, yet extremely fresh and savory, with a dense tannic texture. The finish leaves a lingering aftertaste of ripe fruit and roasted notes.
Taurasi DOCG “Renonno” 2010 – Salvatore Molettieri
"Renonno" is produced from historic vineyards inherited from his grandfather. Part of the vineyard has already been replanted with the same Aglianico varieties from original, centuries-old, ungrafted vines. The careful and rigorous selection of the grapes yields this ruby red wine with garnet highlights, aged for at least 36 months in barrels and bottle.
On the palate it is full, soft, savoury, sumptuous and sustained from start to finish.
Taurasi DOCG “Renonno” 2012 – Salvatore Molettieri
The secret of Salvatore Molettieri's wines is actually quite simple: the finest vineyards at Montemarano's high altitude, meticulous manual labor in the vineyards, and meticulous care in the cellar. Thanks to the altitude, the growing season is quite long, typically from early spring until November.
Especially in the southern regions, long vegetation periods result in rich, yet particularly balanced grapes and wines. Taurasi Renonno is aged in large oak barrels and barriques. Powerful, rich in extract, yet very elegant, it is soft and succulent on the palate, with rounded, perfectly integrated tannins.
Taurasi DOCG Riserva “Poliphemo” 2015 – Luigi Tecce
Coming from a vineyard of one hectare and twenty ares, approximately 80 years old and resting on sandy limestone soil of clayey nature rich in pyroclastics, this highly expressive Taurasi follows spontaneous fermentation with 40 days of maceration, both in chestnut vats.
Aged in barrels on the fine lees for 24 months. No fining or filtration. A great Taurasi, with aromatic breadth and majesty.
