Pino Caggiano, figlio di Antonio, ha una mano particolarmente vocata con i vini irpini e l’aglianico in particolare. Non di meno questo “Salae Domini” da aglianico di Taurasi in purezza che cresce sui territori collinari del comune.
A seguito della fermentazione malolattica si affina in barriques di rovere francese Troncai, Center e Vosges per un periodo di 8-10 mesi prima del rilascio.
Il risultato ci affascina per potenza ed eleganza, sia in fase più giovanile che matura. Senza compromessi.

L’Irpinia Aglianico DOC “Terra del Varo” è un vino rosso dal colore rosso rubino intenso. Al naso esprime aromi che ricordano l’amarena e le more, con note leggere di pepe nero e cacao amaro, tutto su un gradevole sfondo di spezie dolci.
Al palato è morbido, con tannini eleganti, retrogusto che richiama la frutta di bosco, l’amarena e leggere note speziate. Un assaggio sorprendente che chiude con un finale fruttato.

L’eleganza distinta, la pienezza e l’incantevole carattere teso del Château Romassan Rosé sono il risultato di una meticolosa cura della vite e della vinificazione.
