Champagne Rosé Brut “Nocturne” – Taittinger

Taittinger Nocturne Rosé is a “Sec” champagne composed for the 30% of Chardonnay and for the 70% of Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier from around thirty different crus. The 15% of still red wine, coming from the best Pinot Noirs of the Montagne de Reims and Les Riceys added to the final blend, gives this cuvée its incomparable color, but also its vibrant intensity in the mouth. A Sec dosage (17.5 g/l of cane sugar) associated with the maturation of a slow aging of four years in the cellar gives this wine the roundness and sweetness necessary for a "night" rosé champagne.
