Veste giallo paglierino tenue con pennellate verdognole. Bolla di grana molto fine e persistente. Al naso si presenta con una classe fuori dal comune e un ventaglio aromatico finissimo sui toni della frutta a polpa bianca, impreziosita da accenni citrini di lime.
Profumi unici e di grande stile. Estremamente asciutto e croccante, si esprime in bocca con decise percezioni agrumate. Perlage extrafine, spalla acida di notevole intensità.
