Un’Aglianico dal colore rosso rubino scuro, appena schizzato di porpora. Gradazione alcolica 14,5%. Elegante con il suo profumo di viole passite, di sottobosco, di prugna e di amarena. Il suo sapore speziato di pepe nero, di chiodi di garofano e di noce moscata si apprezza servito ad una temperatura di 18 – 20° C.
I suoi toni balsamici e tabaccosi lo rendono un vino fresco ed equilibrato, da degustare a tutto pasto, soprattutto abbinato a piatti forti e saporiti: primi a base di pasta, anche al forno, ad arrosti e a selvaggina.

Un rosso, il Donna Chiara, che viene prodotto a partire dal 2001 e che vuole rappresentare una porta di ingresso al mondo dell’Aglianico. Si tratta infatti di un vino equilibrato ed armonico, vinificato in sole vasche di acciaio e lasciato maturare per pochi mesi in botte al fine di smussarne ogni spigolatura. L'Irpinia Campi Taurasini DOC “Donna Chiara” di Colli di Lapio è un rosso di grande immediatezza, da bere, perfetto compagno della tavola.
