Metà Per e’ Palummo e metà Guernaccia per questo rosso vinoso e persistente magistralmente affinato in legno, che con note speziate dolci. La vinificazione in rosso con macerazione delle bucce per 10/15 giorni è seguita dall’affinamento in diverse essenze di rovere e dalla maturazione in bottiglia.
