The Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT Rosé 20/26 Elena Walch is a wine resulting from an unusual blend of lagrein, merlot and pinot noir from only estate-owned vineyards. The three vines are pressed and vinified together from the beginning, according to the classic saignée method, the must remains briefly in contact with the skins until it reaches a delicate rosé color. What follows is a brief maturation in steel tanks only that leads to a fresh and balanced rosé, perfect as an aperitif and as an accompaniment to light dishes, even vegetarian.

Puntualmente, all’inizio della stagione estiva, il nostro Rosé 20/26 si presenta in una veste nuova, per essere festeggiato. Raccolto con 20 Babo di valore zuccherino e fermentato a 26°C il suo nome rispecchia amore per il dettaglio e attenta vinificazione.

Grazie all'eleganza del Pinot Nero, la morbidezza del Merlot ed alla potenza del Lagrein, ed una vinificazione "saignee" danno vita ad un rosé elegante dal gran carattere, che con la sua morbidezza e finezza al palato crea un equilibrio perfetto.

“Il Rosé 20/26 si presenta in una veste chiara di color cipolla, elegante, fresco, fruttato con note di lampone e fragola insieme ad un accenno di agrumi al naso. Aperto al palato questo vino di facile beva si rivela sorprendentemente fresco, elegante, simpatico e socievole rivelando un finale giovane e stimolante.”

TASTE

Al palato è fresco, equilibrato ed intenso, disteso, caratterizzato da una delicata acidità e da una finale rinfrescante.

PERFUME

Al naso esprime un bel bouquet che ricorda i frutti rossi, la ciliegia ed una nota pepata in sottofondo.
