Straw yellow in colour, it presents hints of exotic fruits, with hints of grapefruit and notes of wild herbs.
On the palate, it opens with an interesting minerality that is tempered by fruity notes of white melon and peach. With an excellent structure, it offers a pleasant drinkability and a medium-long finish.

Il Lacryma Christi Del Vesuvio Bianco della cantina Sorrentino è realizzato con un blend di uve Caprettone al 90% e Falanghina al 10%.
I vigneti da cui provengono le uve sono ubicati su terreni ricchi vulcanico-sabbiosi a un’altitudine media di 400 metri s.l.m. Buona ventilazione e percepibili escursioni termiche garantiscono uve sane e di grande concentrazione aromatica. Dopo la vendemmia manuale ultimata verso la metà di settembre, le uve vengono fermentate in acciaio per garantire un vino fresco e dagli aromi primari ben rifiniti.
Di colore giallo paglierino, presenta sentori di frutti esotici, con accenni al pompelmo e a note di erbe selvatiche. Al palato apre il sorso con un’interessante mineralità che è stemperata dagli accenni fruttati di melone bianco e pesca. Di ottima struttura, presenta una beva gradevole e una persistenza medio-lunga.
