The must undergoes classic white vinification in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine then ages in the bottle for approximately 3-4 months before being released for sale.

The Greco di Tufo from the Mastroberardino winery is a white wine from Campania produced from grapes coming from the Tufo and Petruro vineyards, located at 450 meters above sea level. Vinified as per tradition in steel tanks, it has a subtle and delicate nose, with light notes of citrus, peach and pineapple and leads to a fresh and satisfying sip, supported by an intense underlying minerality.

"Giallo d'Arles" is an intense, rich, and complex Greco di Tufo, aged in steel and barrique. Its yellow color is so deep and radiant it recalls Van Gogh's Sunflowers, painted in Arles.
The aromas evoke peach, yellow summer fruit, honey, and dried fruit. The flavor is full and intense, balanced, and persistent.
Greco di Tufo DOCG “Vigna Cicogna” 2022 – Benito Ferrara
"Vigna Cicogna" is a superb expression of Greco di Tufo, with a strong territorial character. Aromas of aromatic herbs and pleasantly mineral nuances accompany a broad, harmonious, and fruity palate, rich in saline, almond, and citrus aromas.
Greco di Tufo DOCG 2021 – Salvatore Molettieri
Greco is one of the white grape varieties cultivated since the ancient Romans. Salvatore Molettieri produces only a few bottles of Greco di Tufo, but they are of remarkable quality! Its mineral-rich grapes ripen on volcanic soil, producing a fine and aromatic wine.
The bouquet is characterized by floral notes, slightly citrusy, and overall almost exotic. On the palate, it is robust, savory, and has a pleasant, long finish.
