The Chardonnay “Cardellino” is an Elena Walch classic: a soft, intense and quite complex white wine, aged on the fine lees in steel and, to a small extent, in barrique.
It has aromas of ripe yellow fruit, honey, and sweet spices. The palate is rounded, enveloping, fresh, minerally, and persistent.
Chardonnay “Jalè” PGI 2022 – Cusumano
Cusumano's "Jalé" Chardonnay is a Sicilian white with a modern and captivating profile, vinified and aged in barrique. Fragrant, buttery aromas dominate the nose, interspersed with hints of tropical fruit, juicy citrus, and smoky, mineral notes.
The same grit is found on the palate, with a round and enveloping sip, enlivened by freshness and long persistence.
