    Pecorino Spumante “Extra Dry”
    Colle Moro

    Dopo una vinificazione in acciaio con controllo della temperatura di fermentazione, il vino base è sottoposto al metodo charmat per la presa di spuma. Il risultato è un vino di colore giallo paglierino scarico con sfumature verdoline, caratterizzato da un profumo delicato e gradevole di mela verde e da un sapore morbido e fresco.
