Paglierino scarico, brillante e dal perlage fine e persistente. Tipico del moscato, intenso con sentori di fiori bianchi, di acacia e ricordi delicati di salvia. Al gusto è dolce, aromatico, delicato e persistente, con un finale lungo e gradevole con sentori fruttati di pesca bianca.
Le uve della Postilla vengono vendemmiate durante la prima settimana di settembre attraverso una raccolta a mano. Dopo un’accurata selezione dei grappoli e una pigio-diraspatura soffice avviene la fermentazione secondo il tradizionale metodo Charmat, ovvero dalla rifermentazione in autoclave.
