Sua maestà l’aglianico, vitigno principe delle zone che si estendono tra la provincia di Avellino e quella beneventana, è interpretato dalla Fattoria La Rivolta in una versione dotata di buona complessità, sia al naso sia in bocca, dove il grip tannico è la carta vincente di una beva stimolante. Le uve di questo Aglianico del Taburno DOCG vengono raccolte alla fine di ottobre, per poi vinificare in fermentini d’acciaio inox per un periodo di 20-25 giorni, a una temperatura di 27 gradi. Il successivo affinamento si svolge dapprima per 18 mesi in botti, e poi, dopo l’imbottigliamento, per ulteriori 6 mesi in bottiglia. Un’etichetta territoriale, in grado di riservare piacevoli sorprese anche negli anni a venire.
