The selected grapes are vinified with a maceration lasting an average of 8 days. Once the alcoholic and malolactic fermentation is complete, the wine is left to mature in small American oak barrels for 8 months, with subsequent suitable refinement in the bottle.

COLOR

Intense ruby color with purple reflections.

TASTE

Elegant and soft, it has surprising length with pleasant notes of ripe red fruits.

PERFUME

It has intense, fruity aromas with varietal notes of black cherry, wild blackberry and plum, spicy and toasted hints.
