Pino Caggiano, figlio di Antonio, ha una mano particolarmente vocata con i vini irpini e l’aglianico in particolare. Non di meno questo “Salae Domini” da aglianico di Taurasi in purezza che cresce sui territori collinari del comune.
A seguito della fermentazione malolattica si affina in barriques di rovere francese Troncai, Center e Vosges per un periodo di 8-10 mesi prima del rilascio.
Il risultato ci affascina per potenza ed eleganza, sia in fase più giovanile che matura. Senza compromessi.

Le uve raccolte al momento della loro completa maturazione, dopo diraspatura e pigiatura vengono sottoposte a fermentazione con macerazione intensa.
Segue la trasformazione malolattica e la maturazione in barriques di rovere francese Troncai, Center e Vosges per un periodo di 8-10 mesi a seconda dell’annata.
