Il Negroamaro della linea Orus è prodotto da Vinosìa Luciano Ercolino, un’azienda che ha sede a Paternopoli, nel cuore dell’Irpinia.
Si compone di uve Negroamaro in purezza, vendemmiate nella seconda metà di settembre.
Le uve sono macerate per 7 giorni e fermentate con l’aggiunta di lieviti indigeni in vasche di acciaio termoregolate. Il vino successivamente affina per 6 mesi in vasche di acciaio.
Di colore rosso rubino profondo, al naso prevalgono profumi di amarena e prugna, carruba e tabacco. Il sorso è secco e rotondo, con un finale abbastanza persistente.
