Rosso rubino intenso, ricco, con classiche note di frutta rossa, amarena e prugna, seguite da delicate note speziate di liquirizia, tabacco e amaretto.
Al gusto è corposo, ampio con tannini eleganti e il finale vivace, sostenuto da una piacevole freschezza.

Primitivo di Manduria “Scorcura”

Vino prodotto da vitigni allevati a spalliera che ci regalano splendide uve da cui si ottiene un Primitivo di Manduria classico e tradizionale come si faceva una volta. Fermenta eseguendo una lunga macerazione sulle bucce, riposa per dieci mesi in acciaio e per sei mesi in bottiglia. Vino dal colore rosso rubino con abbondanti riflessi porpora. Ciliegie nere e amarena aprono l’olfattiva, che poi si sviluppa in una nota persistente di richiami al sottobosco per chiudere con note di cacao.
Caldo l’assaggio, abbastanza tannico, tipico del Primitivo di Manduria nato per essere un vino strutturato e persistente . Ottimo con le carni rosse, quali carni alla griglia e selvaggina; si abbina perfettamente anche ai ricchi primi piatti della cucina tipica pugliese, come la pasta al forno con le polpette.
