Banfi
Il Rosso di Montalcino di Banfi nasce da vigneti situati sulle colline del versante sud del comune di Montalcino.
Origina da una selezione accurata di uve Sangiovese, le quali fermentano in tini di acciaio e di legno a temperatura controllata, con macerazione sulle bucce di 7-10 giorni. Il vino affina per 10-12 mesi in parte in barrique e in parte in grandi botti di rovere, dopodiché sosta per ulteriori 6 mesi in bottiglia.
