Casa d'Ambra's Biancolella has a bright straw yellow color; the nose is a basket of summer fruit with notes of ripe melon, apricots and yellow plums, then wild aromatic herbs, broom and salty wind.
The mouth is decidedly savoury and fresh, with a long, almondy finish.

This Biancolella from Casa d'Ambra comes from vineyards located on the slopes that stretch from the west to the eastern part of the island of Ischia.
It is produced mainly with Biancolella grapes, to which are added grapes of the Forastera, San Lunardo and Uva Rilla varieties. The vinification is carried out traditionally in white, under controlled temperature conditions for the entire duration of fermentation.
