Ci racconta come pochi altri vini sanno fare, quella che è la più vera e profonda identità del terroir da cui proviene. Il Fiano di Avellino “Radici” prodotto da Mastroberardino è un bianco d’Irpinia che nasce a oltre 500 metri di altitudine sul livello del mare, e che viene lavorato e invecchiato esclusivamente in acciaio, per poi essere affinato in bottiglia per circa quattro mesi prima della commercializzazione. È un Fiano che come un mosaico ha tutte le tessere al proprio posto, ordinate e precise. È un Fiano di Avellino veramente ben fatto.
