It is produced exclusively with Greco di Tufo grapes, harvested and carefully selected by hand, around the end of October. The must carries out the classic white vinification in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine ages in the bottle for approximately 3-4 months, before being released on the market.
