Bandol Rosé “Coeur de Grain” 2022 – Château Romassan – Domaines
L’eleganza distinta, la pienezza e l’incantevole carattere teso del Château Romassan Rosé sono il risultato di una meticolosa cura della vite e della vinificazione. Ogni trama è lavorata secondo le sue qualità intrinseche, ma le viti crescono tutte nei tipici terreni Bandol: terreno arido calcare, arenaria e marna sabbiosa e clima eccezionalmente secco e soleggiato. Queste caratteristiche assicurano che Mourvèdre, l’uva principale in questa miscela, soddisfi il suo potenziale e fornisca solidità, struttura e una grande capacità di invecchiamento.
È completato dalla consistenza corposa di Grenache, dalla morbidezza di Cinsault e, per il suo piccolo contributo, dalla rotondità fruttata di Syrah.
