Barbaresco DOCG 2018 – Prunotto
After macerating on the skins for 15 days, this Barbaresco DOCG from Prunotto rests for at least a year in oak barrels and in the bottle for ten months.
It offers a rich and powerful drink, yet refined and elegant at the same time. It has plenty of character and achieves high quality standards.
Barolo “Serralunga D’Alba” 2015 – Fontanafredda
A Barolo with a rich alcohol content, great structure, full and robust, able to withstand the passage of time well.
The wine is garnet red in color, with ruby highlights. The aroma is clean and intense, with hints of vanilla, spices, dried roses, and undergrowth. The flavor is dry yet soft, full-bodied, velvety, and harmonious, with a long, persistent finish.
Barolo DOCG 2014 – Ceretto
Barolo from the historic and renowned Ceretto winery is a historic Piedmont red wine that represents the terroir and winemaking tradition of this wonderful region. It is made with pure Nebbiolo grapes harvested in the municipalities of La Morra, Barolo, and Serralunga and aged for 12 months in tonneaux and for a further 12 months in wooden barrels.
The color is a brilliant ruby red, with notes of red fruit under spirituous perfume, fresh flower petals, and spices on the nose. The palate is ample, elegant, smooth, and very persistent.
Gattinara Riserva DOCG 2020 – Travaglini
Gattinara Riserva is a robust and intense red wine, aged for 36 months in oak barrels. With a deep garnet color, it is elegant on the nose, with notes of rose jam, berries, spices, and mineral nuances.
On the palate it is full-bodied, structured, but always fresh, with compact tannins and a long persistence of jams and spices.
Langhe Nebbiolo “No Name” 2019 – Giacomo Borgogno
Nebbiolo “No Name” is a structured, intense and elegant red wine, born in the Barolo area and aged for 36 months in large oak barrels.
The aromatic profile is rich and complex, with hints of red flowers, violets, aromatic herbs, and red fruit. The finish is long, savory, and fresh, with smooth tannins.
Langhe Nebbiolo DOC Whole Bunch “Ebbio” 2023 – Fontanafredda
A deep and luminous red, the nose expresses fragrant fruity and floral aromas typical of the varietal. Notes of rose, geranium, and violet dominate the bouquet, followed by subtle notes of red fruit.
On the palate it strikes with its generous body and decisive structure, offering a warm and soft sip with a pleasant persistence.
