L’eleganza distinta, la pienezza e l’incantevole carattere teso del Château Romassan Rosé sono il risultato di una meticolosa cura della vite e della vinificazione. Ogni trama è lavorata secondo le sue qualità intrinseche, ma le viti crescono tutte nei tipici terreni Bandol: terreno arido calcare, arenaria e marna sabbiosa e clima eccezionalmente secco e soleggiato. Queste caratteristiche assicurano che Mourvèdre, l’uva principale in questa miscela, soddisfi il suo potenziale e fornisca solidità, struttura e una grande capacità di invecchiamento.
È completato dalla consistenza corposa di Grenache, dalla morbidezza di Cinsault e, per il suo piccolo contributo, dalla rotondità fruttata di Syrah. Il suo colore rosa pallido, etereo, colorato in oro o arancio, rilascia un bouquet di agrumi e fiori di frutteto bianco. Al palato, l’effetto immediato è vivace e luminoso, rivelando note di pompelmo rosa, frutta carnosa e, una volta che il vino ha avuto la possibilità di respirare, sentori di crostata di frutta. Irpinia Aglianico DOC “Rubrato” 2020 (37.5 CL) – Feudi Di San Gregorio
L’Irpinia Aglianico Rubrato di Feudi di San Gregorio nasce in vigneti situati nel cuore dell’incantevole paesaggio irpino.
È prodotto con uve Aglianico in purezza, raccolte e selezionate esclusivamente a mano. La fermentazione avviene, con macerazione, in serbatoi di acciaio per circa 2-3 settimane. Successivamente il vino affina per 8-10 mesi in acciaio e per altri 6 mesi in bottiglia, prima di essere immesso in commercio.
Il Rubrato di Feudi di San Gregorio presenta un colore rosso rubino intenso e limpido. Al naso si apre con eleganti profumi di frutta nera selvatica, liquirizia e sottobosco. Al palato risulta morbido ed equilibrato, con un finale gradevolmente fruttato accompagnato con note speziate.
Perfetto per accompagnare arrosti di carni rosse e bianche, è ideale in abbinamento a piatti tipici della cucina campana come parmigiana di melanzane e sartù di riso.
