Il Taurasi DOCG è senza dubbio uno degli alfieri dell'enologia campana, un prodotto che negli ultimi anni sta avendo un grande successo anche a livello di critica internazionale. Quello di Benito Ferrara rappresenta una delle vette qualitative di tutta la gamma aziendale: energetico e elegante al contempo, il Vigna Quattro Confini rappresenta un ottima alternativa ai grandi rossi da invecchiamento italiani.
Le uve 100% aglianico maturano piuttosto tardivamente, e vengono quindi raccolte a fine ottobre; poi fermentano in barriques, dove proseguono ad affinare per circa 30 mesi; segue un ulteriore maturazione in bottiglia per 6 mesi. Da assaggiare per provare il Brunello del sud!
