Novacella Abbey
Dalla vinificazione in purezza di pregiate e raffinate uve di Sauvignon Blanc. La provenienza è quella classica per l'Abbazia di Novacella che opera all’interno della Conca di Bressanone e Cornaiano. Per questa etichetta è prevista la vinificazione delle uve con fermentazione e maturazione in acciaio inox a temperatura controllata in modo da preservare la freschezza e le note profumate di vino. L’affinamento si estende per almeno 6 mesi.
