How do I register on Vinness?

Click “Login” and then “Don’t have an account yet? REGISTER.”

Create your account by filling out your first name, last name, email address, and password and agreeing to the processing of your personal data. Once registered, you can save one or more shipping and billing addresses directly in your personal area.

How can I change the email address associated with my account?

In the "Login Data" section of your personal area, you can independently change your password, name, surname, and telephone number.

To change your email address, please contact Vinness customer service by writing an email to info@vinness.it

I forgot my password, what can I do?
Click “Forgot your password?” and you will receive an email with a link to reset your password.
I want to delete my account
Send us a request to delete your profile by emailing cancellazione-info@vinness.it.
How can I save a list of products to purchase over time?
You can add a product to your favorites list by clicking on the heart-shaped icon next to the product.
You can view the complete list at any time by clicking the "Favorites" section. To remove a product from the list, simply click the heart again.
I want to repurchase products I've already ordered. How can I do this?
If you wish to repurchase individual products you have already ordered, you can use the 'Buy Again' option by going to your personal area and selecting the product you are interested in.
If you wish to place a new order, just like the one you previously confirmed, log in to your personal area and click "My Orders", select the order you are interested in, and click "Reorder Products".

ORDERS

How can I order?

All products offered on Vinness can be purchased directly online. You can register on the site or purchase as a "guest" by simply entering your email address.

Simply select the desired products and add them to your cart, indicating the quantity you wish to purchase. To complete your purchase, simply select your cart, choose your payment method, and proceed to checkout, where you'll enter your shipping address and, if applicable, your billing address.

Before confirming your order, you can add delivery notes and a greeting card, if it's a gift for someone else. Finally, remember to accept the terms and conditions and the privacy policy.

You will immediately receive an email with a summary of your order.

How can I track my order status?

You can check the status of your shipment directly in your personal area by clicking "My Orders" and then on the order you wish to track.

Additionally, once the courier takes charge of your shipment, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Can I cancel an order I've placed?

You can request cancellation of your order via the “Contacts” page if it has not yet been processed.

In case of cancellation, the full amount of the order will be refunded.

Can I change an order I've placed?

You can request a change to your order if it hasn't yet been processed via the "Contacts" page.

Can I change the delivery address of my package?

You can request a change to your shipping address via the "Contact Us" page. If your order hasn't been processed yet, we'll label it correctly with the last address provided.

Otherwise, we will notify the courier of the new address and request that the shipment be diverted. The courier may still make an initial delivery attempt to the address originally provided at checkout; in this case, we ask you to refuse delivery.

Can I change the payment method of my order?

Through the “Contacts” page you can request to change the payment method of your order if it has not yet been processed.

Can I exercise the right of withdrawal?

You can exercise your right of withdrawal by contacting Vinness customer service via the "Contact Us" page within 14 days of the purchase date and specifying the reason.

How can I make a return?

You can exercise your right of withdrawal by contacting Vinness customer service via the "Contact Us" page within 14 days of the purchase date and specifying the reason.

I want to give a gift: how do I do it?

When you place your order, please specify the name and address of the person receiving the gift. Before confirming your purchase, you'll have the option to write a greeting card, which will be printed and included with your order. Your gift will always be shipped in our Callmewine packaging. No pricing information will be included in the packages.

PAYMENTS

What payment methods do you accept?
All payments on Vinness.it are completely secure. You can choose to pay in several ways:

Credit card
Credit card payments are completely secure and free of charge, as your card details are managed directly on the bank's website, even if you want to save your card details for future purchases. You can pay with all major credit cards. Visa (included PostePay) And MasterCard.

Apple Pay
At Vinness, you can pay with Apple Pay, a quick and easy way to pay using cards saved in the Wallet app on your iPhone. Your personal and payment information is protected and never shared with the merchant.

Google Pay
At Vinness, you can pay with Google Pay, a quick and easy way to pay using the cards saved in your Google account. Your personal and payment information is protected and never shared with the merchant.

PayPal
By paying with PayPal, after confirming your order, you will be redirected to the PayPal website for payment. You can also pay with your credit card on the PayPal website. This option is specifically available to American Express and Diners Club cardholders.

Bank transfer
If you pay by bank transfer, we'll ship your order as soon as we receive the payment. Bank transfer details:

If you choose to pay by cash on delivery, please note that the courier will only accept cash, not checks. The additional cost for paying by cash on delivery is 3€ VAT included.

Why did my payment fail?

If you've had problems paying for an order, you can log into your account, go to the "My Orders" section, and select the order you're interested in. You can then repeat the payment or change your payment method.

How is my order refunded?

Your order will be refunded using the same payment method used at the time of purchase. If you paid by bank transfer or cash on delivery, you can send us your bank details via the "Contact Us" page.

How long do I have to wait to see the refund on my credit card?

It can take 5 to 10 days for the refund transaction to appear on your statement, depending on your credit card provider.

INVOICES

Can I request an invoice?
You can request an invoice for your order by filling in the appropriate fields in the billing address during checkout.
Invoices are issued within 24/48 hours of payment (or shipment for cash on delivery). You can download a complimentary PDF copy directly from the "My Orders" section.
How do I receive the invoice?

The electronic invoice is transmitted to the Exchange System (SDI), which not only tracks it but also allows it to be consulted at any time in the dedicated tax area of the Revenue Agency.

SHIPMENTS

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Deliveries in Italy are guaranteed within 1-3 business days via express courier. Deliveries to smaller towns and islands take 2-4 business days.
Orders placed by 2:00 pm they are shipped the same day and delivered already on the next working day in 90% of cases.

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse and is picked up by the courier, you'll receive an email with a tracking link to follow every step of the shipment.

Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, generally between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. We recommend providing an address where someone is always present, such as a concierge, office, or trusted store.

Are my bottles safe during transport?

Our orders are shipped in recycled and fully recyclable 70% cardboard packaging, tested and patented for the optimal transport of wine and spirits.

We have chosen to completely eliminate plastic from our packages and to use the minimum amount of paper, to guarantee the maximum safety of bottles and at the same time minimize our environmental impact.

Our shipments are always insured in case of damage, theft or loss to protect our customers as much as possible.

How are Vinness bottles stored?

All bottles stored in our warehouse are kept in temperature-controlled rooms and in a horizontal position.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are free for orders over €69For orders under €69, shipping costs are as follows:

From 1 to 6 bottles: €6.80

From 7 to 12 bottles: €8.90

Over 13 bottles: €12.90

If you used a gift card for your purchase and the total value of the products is less than €69, shipping costs will be applied.

Is it possible to ship abroad?

We currently also ship to France (www.vinness.it/fr), Germany (www.vinness.it/de) and the United Kingdom (www.vinness.it/en).

We can also ship to the USA and some Asian countries such as Japan, China, India, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Thailand, Singapore, South Korea, Indonesia.

If you wish to confirm your order, we will place it for you and send you a summary via email along with the payment link.

Which couriers do you use?

For shipments we use various national couriers such as Bartolini, Poste Italiane, and FedEx.

How can I give delivery instructions to the courier?

We recommend that you provide an address where someone is always present, such as a concierge, an office, or a trusted shop.

To specify delivery times or provide us with other delivery instructions, you can use the dedicated "Notes for the Courier" section.

Please note that the courier cannot leave the goods unattended, so instructions such as "leave packages behind the gate/in the garden/under the mailbox" absolve the driver of any liability in the event of any problems.

Can I collect my order from the courier's depot or a Fermo point?

Bartolini courier offers a collection service at their branches and at BRT-fermopoints.

What happens if the courier can't reach me?
Bartolini usually makes three delivery attempts. If you're not at the address you specified, for example, they'll try again the next working day.
For other reasons (such as an incomplete or incorrect address), we will place your order on hold. Contact us immediately from the "Contacts" page and provide us with the necessary information to resend your order as soon as possible.
Cosa devo fare se il mio ordine finisce in giacenza?
Il corriere, prima di renderci la merce al nostro magazzino, terrà il pacco presso la filiale di destino in attesa di disposizioni da parte nostra.
Scrivici tramite la pagina “Contatti” per darci tutte le indicazioni necessarie per rimettere in consegna il tuo ordine il prima possibile.
Il vino è guasto o sa di tappo, cosa posso fare?

Se trovi un vino guasto o che sa di tappo, conserva la bottiglia semi-piena e con il tappo originale, scrivici dalla pagina contatti e noi ci faremo carico, a nostre spese, di ovviare al danno recato, purché ce lo segnali entro 6 mesi dall'acquisto.

CONSEGNE

Cosa faccio se il corriere mi ha consegnato un pacco danneggiato o manomesso?

Se ricevi un pacco danneggiato o manomesso, o nel caso di una consegna parziale, scrivi la parola “RISERVA” e specifica il tipo di anomalia riscontrata (ad esempio: pacco danneggiato) sul documento di consegna che il corriere ti farà firmare.

Avvisa quanto prima il nostro servizio clienti di qualsiasi irregolarità, utilizzando la nostra Pagina Contatti o inviandoci un messaggio con la funzione Richiesta di Assistenza nel dettaglio del tuo ordine, allegando foto del danneggiamento o della manomissione del pacco.

È fondamentale che nella foto del pacco sia anche leggibile l'etichetta della spedizione.

Cosa faccio se i prodotti consegnati non corrispondono a quanto effettivamente ordinato?
Se ricevi prodotti non conformi all’ordine effettuato, segnalacelo subito dalla pagina contatti allegando le foto delle bottiglie e del codice UDC presente sul pacco (US+numero seriale).

REGALO

Desidero che il destinatario non riceva i prezzi

All’interno del pacco non è presente alcun riepilogo cartaceo dei costi inerenti all’ordine. Tutte le comunicazioni riferite all’acquisto vengono trasmesse esclusivamente all’indirizzo e-mail utilizzato in sede d’ordinazione.

Potete inviare le bottiglie con un pacco regalo?
Al momento non è previsto il servizio di incartamento degli ordini, per motivi di sicurezza del trasporto preferiamo utilizzare i nostri imballi.
Le bottiglie presentano confezioni particolari (astucci, cofanetti in legno etc.) solo laddove specificato nella descrizione del prodotto.
Posso inserire un biglietto?
Quando effettui un ordine, prima di confermarlo, avrai la possibilità di scrivere un biglietto d'auguri che verrà stampato ed inserito nell'ordine.
Come funzionano le gift card?
I Buoni Regalo sono l’idea perfetta per ogni occasione, quando non sai che bottiglie scegliere fra le molte etichette proposte di Vinness e vuoi fare un regalo speciale.
Seleziona il valore della gift card che preferisci e lascia che sia chi la riceve a scegliere il suo regalo. I tagli dei nostri buoni regalo sono: 25€, 50€, 100€, 150€, 250€ e 500€.
Il buono regalo ha validità 1 anno ed è utilizzabile anche in diversi acquisti fino a esaurimento dell’importo originale. Una volta acquistato, riceverai una mail con il buono regalo in formato pdf.
Come avviene il rimborso di un prodotto acquistato con una gift card?
Se il tuo acquisto è stato fatto utilizzando un un buono regalo, l’importo dello sconto sarà riaccreditato direttamente sul medesimo buono regalo.

SCONTI

Come posso utilizzare il codice sconto?
Se hai ricevuto un buono sconto o un buono regalo, puoi inserirlo una volta alla cassa copiando il codice nel box “Aggiungi coupon / Buono regalo”.
Successivamente clicca “utilizza” e lo sconto sarà applicato in automatico al totale dei prodotti.
I buoni sconto e i buoni regalo non sono cumulabili; pertanto puoi utilizzare un solo codice sconto o buono regalo per ogni acquisto.
Non ho ricevuto il codice sconto sul primo ordine
Prova a controllare che la nostra mail non sia per errore finita in spam. Poi contattaci per recuperare il codice sconto a te riservato scrivendoci una mail all’indirizzo info@vinness.it
Non riesco ad utilizzare il buono sconto
Verifica di aver effettuato l’accesso a Vinness con le tue credenziali e di aver inserito correttamente il codice rispettando i caratteri e gli spazi.
Verifica, inoltre, i requisiti per poter usufruire del buono sconto (es. soglia minima d’importo).

Al termine della promozione, il prodotto sarà disponibile al prezzo esposto. Alcune promozioni potranno essere proposte anche successivamente, consigliamo l'iscrizione alla nostra newsletter per non perdere eventuali sconti.
Come avviene il rimborso di un prodotto acquistato con un buono sconto?

Inoltre puoi servirti del menù e dei filtri (selezioni, carta vini e altri prodotti, prezzo, provenienza, premi, filosofia produttiva, abbinamenti, zona di produzione, produttore, affinamento - maturazione, stile, annata, dosaggio, formato, confezione).
Come faccio a verificare la disponibilità di un prodotto sul sito?
Le disponibilità sono aggiornate in tempo reale. Le quantità acquistabili sono quelle effettivamente disponibili in magazzino.
Se non riesci ad aggiungere più di un numero di un prodotto significa che è il numero massimo che abbiamo a disposizione in quel momento. Nel caso in cui una referenza sia temporaneamente esaurita, tramite l’opzione “Avvisami quando arriva” puoi inserire la tua e-mail per ricevere una notifica non appena tornerà disponibile.
