					Excellence and warmth in the heart of Viness We arrived at Vineria Vinness from the center of Naples and I can say with certainty that it was absolutely worth it. The place offers a truly well-stocked selection of wines, with refined labels and for all tastes. But the real surprise was the cutting board: exceptional. It had been a long time since I tasted one so exquisite. Unlike many places that focus on commercial products, here you can taste the quality in every taste: authentic, genuine flavors, chosen with care. The environment is welcoming, tastefully furnished and with perfect music as a backdrop. You really feel at home. A special applause to Aniello, the owner: an exquisite, friendly, helpful and welcoming person. His presence makes the difference. We will definitely be back, and next time the goal will also be to try the meat, which already from the look promised very well. A very pleasant evening from every point of view. Congratulations!

I had the pleasure of enjoying a **mixed platter of cured meats and cheeses**, accompanied by a selection of **extraordinary single portions**: parmigiana, meatballs in sauce, baked potatoes with provola and bruschetta with varied flavours. Each dish was carefully prepared and full of authentic flavour. The owner, **Aniello**, was exceptionally **kind and helpful**, making the visit even more special. The pleasant background music created a relaxing atmosphere and perfect for an unforgettable evening. A place that deserves to be discovered and experienced. 					Dinner at Vinness and an experience to absolutely repeat! The hospitality was impeccable: the owners are attentive, helpful and genuinely interested in the customers' requests, which immediately makes the atmosphere welcoming. The meat is an experience in itself: excellent quality and perfect cooking, exactly as requested. The pairing with the glass of Nero d'Avola (6€) was spot on, enhancing the flavors even more. To close the evening, a coffee offered by the house and an interesting comparison on the quality of the extra virgin olive oils used in the restaurant, a sign of a true passion for high-level products, I must say that he is much more prepared than me despite having attended various courses on oils, in fact I must be more humble next time (which we will definitely return) Absolutely to try! In addition to the quality of the dishes and raw materials, there is also a component of sympathy and warmth that makes the experience even more pleasant.

					We found out about this place through Google, and when we arrived we noticed the vastness of wines, bitters and grappas accompanied by a series of beers. We ordered a mixed platter, which was appetizing when it arrived and after finishing it we ended up with a very good one. Courtesy and friendly people with the cheerfulness of the place made us spend a nice evening. We will return to try the meat.
