Biancolella "Frassitelli" is a fresh and savory white wine made from the eponymous estate on Ischia. With a bright straw yellow color, it releases delicate floral and broom notes, with hints of tropical fruit and savory nuances. Pleasant and smooth on the palate, its dynamic flavors are framed by a marine backdrop.

The Chardonnay “Cardellino” is an Elena Walch classic: a soft, intense and quite complex white wine, aged on the fine lees in steel and, to a small extent, in barrique.

It has aromas of ripe yellow fruit, honey, and sweet spices. The palate is rounded, enveloping, fresh, minerally, and persistent.

Maffini's Cilento Fiano "Kratos" perfectly represents its producer's style; its production began in 1996, the same year the winery was founded, and since then it has become a true benchmark, a balanced and elegant wine that expresses the Campania terroir.

Produced entirely with Coda di Volpe grapes, Cantine del Taburno produces this wine which has a straw yellow color.

The nose reveals a delicate and complex, decidedly fruity aroma. On the palate, it is a full-bodied and balanced wine, with a lingering finish of exotic fruit.

Made from only the free-run must, fermented at a controlled temperature for about 20-30 days, this Amalfi Coast White, sourced from the Ravello subzone and produced by Marisa Cuomo's winery, ages in stainless steel for about four months.

Donnafugata's Etna Bianco "Sul Vulcano" is a fresh, minerally wine born on the slopes of Sicily's great volcano, at 750 meters above sea level. It is vinified in stainless steel and aged in tanks and partially in French barriques.

It presents an elegant bouquet of white-fleshed fruit, citrus, and flint. The palate is fresh, savory, and mineral, with a good finish. Perfect with shellfish, vegetarian pasta dishes, and mushrooms.

Irpinia DOC Falanghina is among the top whites of the Terredora winery in Campania; a fresh and balanced wine, referring to the aromas and flavors of the native terroir and the grapes used for its creation.

Quintodecimo's Fiano di Avellino "Exultet" is a structured and full-bodied white wine, warm and powerful, with intense notes of yellow fruit, sage, and hazelnuts, supported by a refreshing and savory finish. Its exuberant aromatic richness is due to the long aging of 10 months in steel and barrique.

The great classic of the Irpinia region, a denomination experiencing a resurgence thanks to its unique finesse and complexity. These traits make Fiano di Avellino one of Italy's most important white wines, not only for its natural elegance but also for its extraordinary longevity.

In September, after the harvest, the Ribolla Gialla bunches are destemmed and left to macerate briefly, after which they are lightly pressed and fermented at a controlled temperature.

This is how Livio Felluga's Colli Orientali del Friuli Ribolla Gialla DOC comes to life. It ages for six months in stainless steel, offering fragrance, freshness, and textbook fruit integrity. It's a truly excellent Ribolla.

“Kastelaz” is one of the most brilliant interpretations of Gewurztraminer from Alto Adige, an intense and aromatic white wine, aged only in steel to express all the peculiar aromas of the grape variety and the territory.

It has aromas of fruit, rose, aromatic herbs, citrus fruits and sweet spices and a rich, energetic and lively taste, with a long mineral persistence.

It is with the “classic” line that the monks of the Novacella Abbey express all the finesse of the Alto Adige vintage wines. White and red wines that come from only the estate vineyards, whose fermentation and subsequent maturation take place only in steel tanks in order to maintain unchanged those characteristics of fragrance that have always distinguished the best products of the area. 

Gewürztraminer brings with it all the aromaticity of the typology combined with a decisive freshness, a harmonious and very pleasant white, perfect to accompany the most diverse dishes.

It is produced exclusively with Greco di Tufo grapes, carefully harvested and selected by hand, around the end of October.

The must undergoes classic white vinification in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine then ages in the bottle for approximately 3-4 months before being released for sale.

Greco di Tufo from the Mastroberardino winery is a white wine from Campania produced from grapes grown in the Tufo and Petruro vineyards, located at 450 meters above sea level.

Vinified according to tradition in steel tanks, it presents a subtle and delicate aroma, with light notes of citrus, peach and pineapple and leads to a fresh and satisfying sip, supported by an intense underlying minerality.

The Fiano di Avellino Riserva 'Campanaro' from Feudi di San Gregorio is the perfect blend of Fiano and Greco. The delicate notes of yellow flowers and chamomile from the Fiano blend with the freshness and minerality of the Greco.

Balanced flavor, enhanced by a brief stint in wood that enriches the wine's bouquet. A white wine to pair with seafood or white meats.

The most deeply rooted winemaking traditions of the Irpinia region are found in the sip of Mastroberardino's "More Maiorum." Manual harvesting takes place around the end of October, followed by white vinification with fermentation in barriques for approximately 20 days at controlled temperatures (18°C-19°C).

Aged for approximately 12 months in barriques and approximately 48 months in bottle, it's truly a white wine unlike any other.
