Una storia illustre e secolare in un paesaggio ricco e mozzafiato dà origine ai prestigiosi vini della Campania. Sembra quasi scontato elencare tutto ciò che ha reso grande questa regione, ricordare che è stato nei tempi antichi il centro di diffusione della vite in Italia e che qui si produceva la più antica e prestigiosa espressione enologica del passato, il Falerno, nominare i più di 100 vitigni autoctoni, tra cui i famosi Fiano, Aglianico e Greco, e descrivere la sorprendente varietà di suoli ed esposizioni.
La regione è come un “laboratorio a cielo aperto”, dove da secoli albergano una varietà indescrivibile di uve sugli eterogenei terreni che vanno dagli appennini irpini e degradano verso la Costiera e lo sconfinato Cilento, passando per i vulcanici Campi Flegrei, fino a raggiungere le isole di Ischia e Capri. Espressioni solari e vulcaniche, che tolgono il fiato, fanno sorridere e commuovere!
Aglianico del Taburno DOCG “Delius” 2017 – Cantina del Taburno

“Redimore” è un Aglianico irpino dal profilo avvolgente e caldo, affinato per 12 mesi in barrique. Note di frutti di bosco, spezie dolci e sfumature tostate arricchiscono un corpo intenso e strutturatto, dotato di morbidezza, dolce trama tannica e lunga persistenza.
Aglianico Irpinia Campi Taurasini “Salae Domini” 2019 – Antonio Caggiano
Pino Caggiano, figlio di Antonio, ha una mano particolarmente vocata con i vini irpini e l’aglianico in particolare. Non di meno questo “Salae Domini” da aglianico di Taurasi in purezza che cresce sui territori collinari del comune.
A seguito della fermentazione malolattica si affina in barriques di rovere francese Troncai, Center e Vosges per un periodo di 8-10 mesi prima del rilascio.
Il risultato ci affascina per potenza ed eleganza, sia in fase più giovanile che matura. Senza compromessi.

Il Costa d’Amalfi Rosso della famosa cantina Marisa Cuomo è un vino rosso fruttato e dai profumi intensi. Le uve di Pedirosso e Aglianico, equamente utilizzate per realizzare questo blend, crescono su terrazzamenti costieri posti a circa 200 metri s.l.m. e dopo un’attenta vinificazione affinano brevemente in vasche d’acciaio.
Il colore è rosso rubino luminoso e i profumi sprigionati sono quelli di frutta a bacca rossa, marasca, fragola e leggeri cenni di pepe. Il sorso è avvolgente, pieno, equilibrato e dal finale di lunga persistenza aromatica.

Costa d'Amalfi Rosso 2021 DOC – Marisa Cuomo
Il Rosso Costa d’Amalfi di Marisa Cuomo è rubino intenso e luminoso. Il naso è incentrato sui frutti rossi, amarena e lampone in primis, con note di macchia mediterranea, chiodi di garofano, violette e pepe nero.
Il sorso è fresco, dal tannino presente ma ingentilito dal frutto, e una certa sapidità. Ottimo con i maccheroni freschi al ragù, come con l’agnello fritto.

"Fiorduva" is a blend of native grapes from Campania, particularly from the magnificent Amalfi Coast. The Fenile, Ginestra, and Ripoli vineyards are located in the municipality of Furore, home to the winery, and in neighboring areas. They grow on sandy and calcareous soils, extremely rich in minerals.
The grapes are harvested by hand, and fermentation lasts three months in oak barrels, with the addition of selected yeasts. An extreme wine.

Irpinia Aglianico “Cinque Querce” DOC 2017 – Salvatore Molettieri
L’Irpinia Aglianico Cinque Querce è il «fratello minore» del Taurasi. Le uve provengono dallo stesso vigneto Cinque Querce, con viti la cui resa è notevolmente ridotta. Sono le piante più giovani a dare questo vino fresco, floreale e allo stesso tempo rigoglioso. Dopo la pressatura in vasche d’acciaio, viene affinato per 24 mesi in grandi botti di rovere e barrique. Il vino finito e maturo mostra un bouquet opulento di frutti di bosco.
Al palato giunge robusto, molto «vinoso» (una caratteristica organolettica tipica dei vini giovani, il cui profumo ricorda la vinificazione e in particolare l’odore delle parti solide del mosto, cioè le bucce e i vinaccioli), con tannini perfettamente intrecciati nella ricca pienezza.
