Greco di Tufo
Mastroberardino
Greco di Tufo wine is the result of a great bond that unites the starting varietal with the Campania terroir.
The white Greco di Tufo originates from the grapes of the same name, widely cultivated within the regional borders of the Campania region. Mastroberardino dedicates himself to this variety in his own vineyards located near Tufo and Petruro, about 450 meters above sea level, facing south-east. The terroir of this area is characterized by a subsoil composed mainly of clay and limestone. The must ferments in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, and after bottling the wine remains for a few months to mature directly in glass, before being released on the market.
This Greco di Tufo made by the renowned Mastroberardino Campania winery presents itself to the eye with a typical straw yellow colour, clear and clear. The nose is surrounded by lively and crunchy aromas, which reveal mainly fruity notes, linear and clear in presenting touches of peach, citrus and more exotic fruit. In the mouth it has a drinkable body, with a smooth and slender entry to the palate, which enhances a lively drink from which a savory and mineral texture emerges. A white which, like many other products made by Mastroberardino, presents a quality profile at an affordable price.
