Il Cabernet Sauvignon Ivory Label della Diamond Collection di Francis Ford Coppola nasce dai vigneti di El Dorado e Paso Robles, nel cuore della California.
È prodotto principalmente con uve Cabernet Sauvignon e con uve Segalin e Petit Verdot, raccolte e selezionate interamente a mano. La fermentazione avviene in vasche di acciaio inox a temperatura controllata. Successivamente il vino affina per 12 mesi in botti di rovere francese, prima di essere imbottigliato.
