Description

It is in the heart of the Chianti Classico that Pèppoli is located, a place full of charm where approximately 50 hectares cultivated with the typical varieties of the area are located. The Chianti Classico of the Estate was born in 1988 with the first vintage 1985 and represents the combination of a complex wine, well structured but with a fruity character, full of aromas. This style of wine is made possible thanks to a unique microclimate: the vineyards are in fact planted in a particularly favorable valley and on soils rich in minerals, which are ideal for the cultivation of a Sangiovese full of vitality and fruity character, characteristics amplified by maturation both in French oak barrels and in American oak barriques.
