Il Falerno Rosso D.O.C. nasce da uve ottenute da vigne di Primitivo coltivate nelle zona di Mondragone. La vinificazione viene fatta con macerazione di tipo tradizionale. Successivamente il vino viene sottoposto ad un periodo di affinamento nelle tradizionali botti di rovere di Slavonia.
Al centro del paese, attorno ad una delle poche corti rurali ancora rimaste intatte a Mondragone, si raccolgono le cantine Moio. Dalle splendide campagne che circondano Mondragone, ancora in questo secolo, si sono prodotte uve di estrema qualità degne eredi della tradizione e della storia di una terra antica e di così nobile passato.
